There is a reason they are not BBB accredited. The option for a tax preparer to print checks is so finicky that it is not worth the trouble. EPS offers IRS tax return check printing but when their system does not print, they have a million representatives who are NOT on the same page, all giving different answers as to WHEN we can expect customer checks.
