The scalp massage itself was great and relaxing, but I did notice the service didn’t feel inclusive when it came to working with different hair textures. It seems like the staff is primarily trained to work with straight hair. I’d recommend they invest in learning how to properly handle textured hair, including basics like detangling while the conditioner is still in, and applying styling products while the hair is damp. this facial bar is absolutely amazing!
Was able to indulge in some self care and self love and had the best experience with Elly ! This spot is super chic , cute and very cozy ! The head spa treatment was relaxing and delightful! Definitely coming back again to try their other services !
I haven't even left the parking lot and I feel that I have to review Esena Facial Bar. I just had the MOST AMAZING headspa treatment and cryotherapy facial. Elly and Ally were both so thorough and thoughtful with their treatments. I would absolutely recommend trying them out. I am in town visiting but am considering coming back soon, if I lived here I would 100% do this monthly! Thank you so very much for such a relaxing afternoon.
