I'm really disappointed with the service my dad received at Esmeraldas Tax Service. and was treated horribly when he needed help with something as basic as sending an email. It's unacceptable to treat clients, especially those seeking assistance, like they're idiots for not knowing something. Being professional and having patience are key in customer service and Owning a business. and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Especially for how much you have to pay for this horrible service.
Terrible advice regarding 1099s—please don’t go there. You’ll be left with unanswered questions; the only thing they care about is charging the maximum amount for 15 minutes of hastily filling out forms. You’ll be left with questions you really need answered, and they get annoyed if you ask for more details. They make you feel like a fool for asking questions—even though you’re the one paying for that horrible service!
No vayas si tienes 1099!!!! No, no!!! Ya que se supone que ellos son los profesionales, esperaría tener más ayuda con las preguntas, pero se cansan responder a preguntas sobre los cambios actuales que son muy confusos.
