I am lost for words as to how one could describe what Esmat has done for me. I have been living many chronic pains which I had accepted as "part of life" until I went to Esmat. My pains have significantly reduced and I am finally breathing to the full capacity of my body. I have shaved almost 20s off my running speed per kilometre. I am looking forward to working Esmat going forward to improve my well being. Mind you, she is tough and you must put in the work to see results. I cannot recommend Esmat highly enough.

Esmat really helped with my hip bursitis and other problems that I was having. Doctors didn't seem to be able to solve the problem but Esmat took time and care to listen and has really released my pain. I will be going back to her.
I have been struggling with osteitis pubis for 5 years which has included surgery and seeing several doctors, physios, and masseuses. Nothing has been able to get me back to sport full time yet however I have been getting great relief unlike anything else from Esmat and hope to get back to sport soon.
