I love ESL branch, but at this particular location, whoever is the drive through teller that is working today needs to be fired and not be working around people, soo rude and unprofessional

Deceptive practices - you get a wonderful rate for a 7 month CD. At this time is 3+% more than anything else. Your CD matures and they automatically switch it to a 6 month CD. Why not automatically renew to a 7 month? Well because their 6 month CD is a paltry 0.1%. If they renewed at the 7 month they would have to pay you the 3+%. This has been my personal and business bank for over 20 years. The tellers here are impolite and it doesn’t feel like they care about the customers here. I’ve raised this issue to the branch manager. This is not a financial institution I wish to do business anymore. I guess we’re going to Canandaigua National. Something’s are not meant to be.
