Very nice people very neat and organized inside and they have free coffee
Called their corporate 800 line and was pleasantly surprised when I found out their customer service “hold” music was the song “Linger” by the Cranberries rather than the traditional annoying music you hear when you get put on hold. Amazing choice, props to ESL.

Joined when the credit union was inside Eastman Kodak Co. and service was deposit holder friendly. Last year my 4.5 % CD was converted to 1% CD with no prior notification. They have no procedure for a "no rollover" designation as other banks have Last week my ESL debit card was embarrassingly declined supposedly due to expiration but I had no notice beforehand and my balance was far more than sufficient.
