Employees have consistently gone above and beyond when interacting with me. I appreciate their ability to make me feel valued. This level of service is often not found in customer service roles.
All in all no better than a bank. Poor customer service and poor treatment of their members. I think maybe, MAYBE, once upon a time it wasn't as bad ?
