When i lived in Rochester, I had excellent customer service at ESL. All staff was trained, relaxed, and knowledgeable. Used them for my car loan. Can't recommend enough.
I have always received courteous ,friendly service
DON'T waste your time going here- I was given a woman with an accent behind a desk when my account needed attention, & she didnot know basic banking terms, & what's more- she interrupted me TWICE. Obviously a "foreigner DEI" hire- they don't answer their phone here, either thus- the public warning to all.
Good bank friendly staff.
