This credit union sucks. Always has issues with the app and ATMs are down a lot so you can’t get cash out. If you have to dispute a transaction and get a new debit card they don’t even have the service where you can go into the bank and get a digital card on your phone wallet while waiting for a new card. Should’ve never left Chase for this. Will be going back or to a better bank.

I have been banking with ESL in Brighton for a few years now and they are great. I have been working with Mark Herman and he is a gem of a guy. When I started my business two years ago he helped me with my business accounts and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend working with Mark and banking with ESL.
Absolutely not customer service. Was treated very rudely by a woman here who ended up being wrong on everything she told me . Avoid this branch at all costs
I recently visited the ESL at Twelve Corners on Monroe and met with Sharon to explore the possibility of moving all of my accounts to ESL. Sharon was amazingly friendly and informative. Though I intended just to find out more about ESL, I was so impressed with her warmth that I left having opened both checking and savings accounts.
