Always a long wait at drive thru. Several times, only myself in line and still waiting over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Most times "in line" over 10 minutes for a single transaction
Every time I come to the drive-through here it takes 15 Minutes to a half hour to get Service why is that? Are they all trainees here or they’re just not paying them enough to care?
Laura is a lovely teller! She made my process very easy and welcoming. She truly created a great first impression on my ESL experience :)
