Just had an awful experience with their branch manager who did not even identify herself( figured out who she was when I called ESL to report this poor customer service). We have written and cashed checks for years and all of a sudden today while cashing our own ESL check I was accused of fraud and theft 🤣🤣 Very rude manager who could not answer how I had been cashing our ESL checks for occasional cash for years or why they would happily accept payment using these ESL checks with my signature on them.
