As an adult, I've never personally encountered an issue. However, twice now the Long Pond Rd. ESL branch has been rude towards my teenage daughter. I'm guessing that some of the employees @ this location are somewhat miserable & take advantage of the situation.
Awesome service, Kelvin Martinez was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful
Why go to any other bank. You get dividends as a member and you are helping our local economy. They are based here in ROCHESTER
