As an adult, I've never personally encountered an issue. However, twice now the Long Pond Rd. ESL branch has been rude towards my teenage daughter. I'm guessing that some of the employees @ this location are somewhat miserable & take advantage of the situation.

Why go to any other bank. You get dividends as a member and you are helping our local economy. They are based here in ROCHESTER
Doors auto lock at 3:58 site says 4:00 but if you show up two minutes before 4, they will not let you in ridiculous. Some of us are trying to run businesses this is BS
Most things about think bank are OK, but if you get change from them make sure you open it up and check to see if it’s actually American currency. I get quarters for laundry here and lately more and more Canadian quarters are getting in. The bank has TERRIBLE quality control about it and don’t seem to care. Last time I got more than 25% Canadian quarters! Over $12 worth of Canadian out of $40 in quarters. That’s a huge waste of money. Do better, ESL, and stop ripping people off!
