ESL - A Poor Credit Union This CU stinks. They can not keep help. Drive up always long and slow. Employees are always in training. My accounts have been screwed up several times. Always new people. When I call the telephone center at ESL I think I get people from India, They talk stupid and have no understanding of banking. I have to tell them over and over about the problem I am having, Then I get transfered several times to the Rochester office. .
Great banking experiance! I absolutely love banking with ESL, my whole family uses them. We have been using them for years and never have any issues at all. They are always friendly and helpful.
