Over an hour waiting to speak to someone and they disconnected me -do not get any answers
This place is a joke! Romper room! 1st payment I had and they took it out twice. I called and spoke to Melissa who blatantly lied to me and said,” well you set up an online account and mailed the form so it was entered twice.’ All lies, I faxed the form so they just stole money from me. Then she says it will be 3-4 days to get the money they stolen back in my account. Can’t wait until I’m done here. I’m letting my dealership know as well.
Avoid!! High rates on loans, when try to call in to make a Loan payment you're on hold for 40- 50 minutes!! Awful service and they don't offer a refinance on your loan.
Avoid this place at all costs to keep your sanity. I’ve had a car loan here now for about a year. All I have had is pure aggravation with them. They will penny nickel and dime you to DEATH. They don’t give off the experience of a legitimate company. They charge a $10 fee to pay with a debit card. They charge late fees which they pretend are impossible to remove they charge an extra fee for paying over the phone even though their website sucks.
