impossible to get in touch with customer service and impossible to pay auto loans online unless you have an open checking account with them. what century is it??? should not be this hard to pay one bill.
First off, love how their own team leaves positive reviews on themselves. I love fine touches they ad to each review. Had a car loan through them for nearly a year, sent me a welcome package with the all banking information needed for the first payment. Sent it back in more than 2 weeks before the payment was due. Noticed the payment was not taken out until 6 days after payment was supposed to be taken out. In a panic, I called and made another payment.
