If you need help with accessing your account of the weekend good luck!! There is ZERO help!! Unacceptable!!! Every single time I have called I am on wait for 10+ mins. Unacceptable!!! The APP sucks!!! They make it sssooo confusing just to make a loan payment!! They want you to miss your payment so they can charge you more and ruin your credit!!! This is a chop shop of banks!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
