If you need help with accessing your account of the weekend good luck!! There is ZERO help!! Unacceptable!!! Every single time I have called I am on wait for 10+ mins. Unacceptable!!! The APP sucks!!! They make it sssooo confusing just to make a loan payment!! They want you to miss your payment so they can charge you more and ruin your credit!!! This is a chop shop of banks!!! ESL Federal Credit Union has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, especially regarding my auto loan. My pay schedule is not traditional. I am paid once per month, usually toward the end or beginning of the month, which can sometimes cause my payment timing to fall behind. Instead of receiving clear assistance, I have dealt with misinformation, long hold times, disrespectful comments, and poor customer service. Two people at counter no one in line when I entered at 1:30 so not very busy at the time and I waited in line for over 25 mins enough time to write this review before getting waited on... ill give you more stars when I see more teller working at 130 on Friday..
