Avoid this place at all costs to keep your sanity. I’ve had a car loan here now for about a year. All I have had is pure aggravation with them. They will penny nickel and dime you to DEATH. They don’t give off the experience of a legitimate company. They charge a $10 fee to pay with a debit card. They charge late fees which they pretend are impossible to remove they charge an extra fee for paying over the phone even though their website sucks. impossible to get in touch with customer service and impossible to pay auto loans online unless you have an open checking account with them. what century is it??? should not be this hard to pay one bill.
