David at the Batavia branch was super helpful after my mom passed away
ESL is the worst banking experience I have ever had. It takes forever to get to a person on the phone and when you do they cant help you and they are rude and they blame you or your phone for their problem
I paid my car loan off. I received the lien release and everything. The next week Esl still took a payment from my checking account linked to Esl bank.
