This will be the second and last time that I have issues getting my debit card renewal. My debit card expires in December, literally the worst month for the post office. This is the second time that my new card has been lost in the mail. Each time this has happened, they block my current card before it expires, messing up everything. All my auto payments are halted because they claim someone could have gotten my new card and used it, even though it's not activated, nor would that person have any of my information. Bad humans here
I made the switch 20+ years ago when it was limited to Kodak employees and direct relatives. It is the best financial move I've ever made. They have added so many services and technology as well as drive thru only and branches around the entire Rochester area. Support is excellent, parking is never a problem, they have their own app, financial planning, loans and mortgages and I believe they do businesses now too.
