I’ve got my Eskuta SX-250 on Hire To Own and I’m really impressed The build quality is amazing had no issues with the Bike at all and it’s super comfortable to ride on both short and long trip The customer service is outstanding they go above and beyond to help so would highly recommend
Having major trouble with the bike, barely managing 4mph for over 2weeks now. Messaged on web site and 2 emails high importance for urgent engineer to come and service the bike but no reply at all. Never even received the first year free service check on bike either that was given when first brought the bike in 2023. Complete joke! Update. Finally managed to get bike serviced, still having problems with bike aswell as being returned with more damage to the bike. Truly regret buying this bike as nothing but trouble.
Very happy, received a broken charger and between Ruth and keighley they sorted a refund and helped me re order the correct charger, great customer services
I have just had my Eskuta series 4 delivered by Carl,what an absolute legend for your company!!! I'm so impressed with the bike,and Carl was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly with a hugely in depth knowledge of the bike and company. I can't thank Carl and all the staff who I've come into contact enough.
