The service is terrible, full of lies and excuses. Do not choose this place again. It’s a complete waste of time.
I couldn't resist writing this review because Sean did an incredible job! The colors and quality of the shades and blinds are outstanding. My son jokes that our house feels like an AI home now, thanks to the motorization features. These additions have truly elevated our living experience. I now prefer staying at home over staying at a resort. Thank you, ESKO, for making my dream home a reality!
Short review: 20 out of 10 stars. I would go with Esko again in a heartbeat. Hans, the owner, helped me out a lot and seems like a really decent, good guy. Mike, the technician who came to install the shades, was super fast, and the shades came out looking lovely and clean. We had a really great experience with Esko. They took their time to walk us through all the available options and recommended some great roller and zebra shades. Prices were very competitive. The total turnaround time was 2 days. Installation was very quick and efficient. They were very accommodating to our requests no matter how picky they were. We are 100% satisfied with their services and would recommend them to everyone!
I am very pleased with the roll up blinds were just installed this week in my home. Makes my home look great . A remote comes with the purchase so convenient I am so happy with my purchase works great definitely worth your money and time ! Sean was a great help and nice
