A driver on truck 12 from this company just sat outside blasting his horn for 10 minutes despite (young + elderly) neighbors going up to his window and asking him not to. He was verbally aggressive to them and would antagonize them by blaring the horn again as soon as they moved from his window. Dogs were barking, babies in my building crying. Reported to 311 but don't know how to report further. Entirely unacceptable.

An employee of this company chose to block traffic in midtown Manhattan for almost an hour when there was space to pull over. I think his name was Jesse? But he covered his name tag. He was extremely rude and verbally abusive to those who asked him to pull over. I wouldn’t use this company. You never know what kind of unprofessional whackjobs you’re going to get.

An employee of this business verbally assaulted my friend and damaged her vehicle. We are attempting to file a report with the company but no one is picking up the phone. Please do better. Hold your people accountable.

I want to give less than zero stars. My friend experienced violence from one of ESF’s employees yesterday May 4th at 5:45am near Champion Garage on East 71st b/t 1st and 2nd and they need to be held accountable. He damaged her car with his bare hands and caused extra anxiety and paranoia. This needs to be investigated immediately.
