Paid for my item in June and I am still waiting. No one is interested. Have no idea if my item is ever coming, no communication from Eureka St. When I questioned them I was told I could not have a refund and instead they tried to suggest I exchange to other items that were more expensive but "in stock". Told someone would call me to discuss but that never happened. Will NEVER buy from here again.

Don’t trust about time frame they tell u and if they say approximately 8 to 10 weeks believe me they meant 14 to at last 16 weeks. My friends and family told us don’t buy from them but when we went inside the shop they were so lovely and helpful but when you call them to ask how long left the gentleman hardly answers you and can’t even answer your question and sounds so rude and just want to hang up.... anyway never buy again and not even recommend it to anyone..

Giving it three stars because the furniture is affordable and most staff I dealt with were really lovely but unfortunately I had to wait an extra month than anticipated for a mirror and when I went to pick it up today I was basically treated like I wasn’t wanted there. I walked in and not a single person greeted me, I walked to the counter where three people were standing and I had to stand there for about 30 seconds before one even acknowledged me with a “hi” and didn’t even proceed to help me.
