You can be sure the positive reviews are fake. Don't waste your time. They have to be prodded every year about my insurance payment and every year I have a gap in coverage for 2-4 weeks and I have to deal with a very unhappy note holder.
Very hard to work with them. Nothing is there fault and the place blame on everyone else!!!!!!
I have been with Escrow Specialists for 2 1/2 years now and they are amazing. Anytime I need something, they are there to resolve the issue and answer questions. I would use them again for a private mortgage.

I have been with this company for years and would like to share that I would not recommend them. Find another service. Recently I had a bad experience with Melissa that caused me to want to leave a review for others to be warned. She was snappy, rude, wouldn't listen to what I was asking and constantly spoke over me. Over the years of working with them, I haven't been impressed. I plan to move all my services away and finding someone else.
