Our sixth experience with purchasing a property (we are not new to this) and the service - or lack of from Escrow Link, in a business based on reputation, was super disappointing. I felt I was being spoken down to, asked multiple times for information we had already provided, while the escrow agent acted like she knew everything and had it handled, yet couldn't give an exact dollar figure to bring to escrow. The team does an excellent job. I’ve seen them handle multiple transactions; and the level of care and attention to detail they show should make anyone feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
One of if not the worst experience i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The level of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior by Rebecca is astounding. I used them to close a piece of property, everything seemed to go smoothly until after we closed i got a notification that i owed back HOS dues on the property i had purchased. I contacted escrow link and Rebecca immediately got defensive and told me i had signed an addendum at closing that they had written up without notifying me. Totally unprofessional. Due to their careless error, my loan fell through just days before the scheduled closing. It was a huge setback and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.
