First and last time using this office for taxes. Got recommended by a friend... worst decision. On top of ended paying almost $9k, seems like the person helping us was making fun of us for paying that much. She set up the payment doe state and federal and they have the $$ out of the bank account right away. Almost 4 months later, this week have a letter from state trying to collect almost $4k more. Great customer service, this will be my 5th year doing my taxes with them. Everyone is super nice and are always willing to help and explain anything we don't understand.
Came to get my taxes done. Waited in the lobby for an hour only to be told that they cant do my taxes bc its close to closing and they wont be back until after the 15th. Complete waste of time.
