First and last time using this office for taxes. Got recommended by a friend... worst decision. On top of ended paying almost $9k, seems like the person helping us was making fun of us for paying that much. She set up the payment doe state and federal and they have the $$ out of the bank account right away. Almost 4 months later, this week have a letter from state trying to collect almost $4k more.
