When my rep of several years retired my account was transferred to Garett. I don't take pleasure in saying that it's been difficult to get my calls returned in a timely manner but that is the case. I have to leave several phone messages and have asked the office girls to tell him I'd like to speak to him. He is aware of how I feel but nothing seems to improve.

I have been with Randy Eschels since 1993. When I met Randy, I began my investing career at the Late Age of 35, I had only $35,000 in my savings account. I requested and applied for a change in my contributions but it has not been done even after five pay cycles. I never get email responses regarding the issues.
