We loved the experience and really enjoyed the chair massage. These chairs are not what you think, they are very effective in providing a relaxing massage. Carlos and his team were very attentive and informative .
This isn't a traditional massage place with actual human massage therapists. It's a ROBOTIC MACHINE that they strap you into! I sent my sister here as a birthday gift and was expecting her to receive a "real massage," but no. She said it was uncomfortable because she felt claustrophobic and it was not relaxing for her at all. I think they should be more obvious about what they offer. What an amazing experience! Carlos was extremely welcoming and made sure I got a massage that was specific to my needs! Highly recommend!
The experience was amazing! It was a full relaxation experience from the smell of lavender through the room, the soft music and the massage chairs do an incredible job. Great way to get fully relaxed and unwind.
