This was one of the most disappointing waxing experiences I’ve had. The service was incomplete, uneven, and left significant hair behind. Many hairs appeared to be snapped rather than removed properly, leading to early stubble, ingrown hairs, and so much folliculitis within days — something I normally don’t experience after professional waxing. Can never get anyone to answer a phone call. Had an appoint scheduled last year and was told had to reschedule once the hot water installed then was totally ghosted.

Excellent Excellent Excellent!! 110% happy with my results. Today was my first time putting any color in my hair I was a little nervous but Rachel made me feel very comfortable and the results are better than I imagined I have already gotten SO many compliments from friends and family. For a cut and color the prices are perfectly affordable and fair. The salon itself is very clean and homey will definitely come back again! Thank you Rachel!
