She was friendly. She missed entire sections of my eyebrows to the point I had to go home and do them myself. She also without any warning removed an ingrown toenail from one of my toes, which has resulted in a serious infection and now weeks of pain, suffering, and multiple medication allergic reactions and more pain all due to her poor judgment. Welcoming and flexible scheduling
This was one of the most disappointing waxing experiences I’ve had. The service was incomplete, uneven, and left significant hair behind. Many hairs appeared to be snapped rather than removed properly, leading to early stubble, ingrown hairs, and so much folliculitis within days — something I normally don’t experience after professional waxing. Can never get anyone to answer a phone call. Had an appoint scheduled last year and was told had to reschedule once the hot water installed then was totally ghosted.
Rachael did an amazing job! Down to earth and makes sure you get what you want. Definitely will be going back to her.
