If there was something lower than a one star I would be giving that. I contacted the owner for an appointment to come in for a fill-in and sent a picture of the nails that I wanted. I also asked her directly how much she would charge for that, literally after I ask the price I saw her typing to respond and then she stopped and never responded. Their salon is set up nice with drinks and relaxing music. The tech I see each time Lan is great. But as a company they pass the buck. If you call in with a concern or complaint such as nail damage or fungus under the nail they blame you or the tech? They won't take responsibility I asked if their equipment has been checked or certified. They just said will get back to you
