We bought our son's electric bike here and found them to be very informative and they also provided excellent customer service before and after the purchase.

Joel and Cayce were very accommodating, actually above and beyond. I had bought a used bike a few months ago that came with several equipment upgrades, but I later realized those upgrades weren't working well for me. Joel still had the items he'd swapped out, and offered to put the bike back in it's original format at no charge, and only had my bike in the shop for a few days. I appreciate it very much!
