Great place to rent/buy an electric bike. I would highly recommend Escape Electric Bikes to anyone looking to rent/buy an e-bike. The owners, Joel & Cayce, are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
If you’re looking to rent an e-bike in Pigeon Forge, Escape Electric Bikes is who you need to call! Cayce and Joel are so friendly and helpful! They also have accessories if you already have an e-bike and are looking for something to add to your bike. I’m in love with new seat I got and they even put it on my bike for me! Amazing customer service!!!!
This was our first time using ebikes. Joel spent a lot of time talking with us and set us up to have a perfect day at Cade's Cove. Definitely recommend.

An excellent experience end to end!! Over the phone Casey helped me select the right e-bike to rent for my wife and I that would work for us and our car. Joel was super helpful outfitting and loading the bikes and making sure we understood how they worked. He was equally helpful on our return. The bikes were new with upgraded, comfortable seats.
