Great and friendly staff!
The rental was very smooth and easy. Vehicle is in excellent condition. A draw back is that it is not at the airport. Had to book a ride with the airport, on the shuttle to the resort and will be required to do tge same upon departure.
Don’t use this company………… Whilst they may appear well priced my experience was upon returning the car they have come up with a bogus claim of a stain on the interior roof of the car that could not possibly have been us, it was literally where no one had sat the entire time we had the car and from images looked extremely minor. Yet they charged my card they had on file a completely ridiculous amount with zero right of reply . Used Escape Car Hire Exmouth and had a wonderful experience! Everything was ready when we arrived at the airport and great customer service! Things were very quick and smooth! Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Exmouth!
