My partner and I rented Big Sur to do 4 nights in Banff in late December 2022! I cannot recommend Aaron and team enough. He provided us with exceptional customer service as well as everything we needed and more. From ice scrapers, bear spray, extra bedding, heaters, and propane, and great travel advice - he was able to provide it all and more. The van was exceptionally clean!!! We rented "Peggy" for a 7 day rental through Banff, Yoho and Jasper. The standout part of the Escape Calgary experience is working with the manager Aaron. He communicated well and was easily reached before our trip. He also checked us out to start our trip and back in to finish our trip. Great explanations of the van, thorough inspection before we left, gave some leftover bear spray and bug spray to make our trip easier. Van is easy to drive. Had a backup camera/proximity sensors. We rented a Big Sur van for a trip to the west coast with our 1 year old baby. Aaron at the Calgary location very kindly came in on his day off to let us look at the van and figure out where our baby could safely sleep. We have been really happy with the van so far on our trip, and everything is working great! The biggest issue has been that the blinds don't block out enough light for a baby to nap in the day, but we have easily fixed that with a few garbage bags over the windows. My Fiancé and I had a great experience with Aaron at Escape Campervans. Despite a slight delay due to no fault of his, he got us up and running and on the road as fast as he could. Fantastic customer service. We enjoyed the van and the freedom it gave us to explore Banff, Yoho, and Jasper national parks.
