I have had my appointment cancelled without notification, twice. My daughter also had her appointment cancelled. When we called the front office, the receptionist said we never made the appointment. I am not sure if the system is not saving the appointments. Secondly, I usually do Physio with Priyanka, when I was done, receptionist said I had to pay since my benefits was exhausted.
