After going into many other stores at DFO Moorabbin in search of walking shoes for myself and comfortable thongs for my husband it was wonderful to get such great informative , friendly service in Escape 2. I hate to sound negative but sadly many staff in the other stores totally ignored me and kept talking amongst themselves ( not serving others ) . This is our first time visiting this store and I have to say the customer service is fantastic. Honest, informative and courteous advise. I didn’t get the salesperson’s name, but she was filling in from the South Wharf store. Thank you and we will be back.
