It’s functionally impossible to get A service done if you don’t get online at 7:59 AM like it’s a Disney World queue. And if you don’t the lady by the touchscreen when you walk in is all too happy to tell you that you’ve wasted your time. Rude, and poorly managed.

They open at 8:30 I called at. 8:30 an soon an I called I was put on hold an told that all people are busy with other callers no way I should be on hold from 8:30 to -8:53 when y’all are just now opening theres no way yall are that busy so unprofessional
The wait to renew a driver's license was 5 hours but luckily I was able to check in and leave to come back later. Brought all of my documents and the whole process took less than 10 minutes!
