The efficiency sucks
Absolute trash . People working were rude . I called because they would not title my 4 wheeler without me coming down and wasting a whole day to sign one piece of paper. I told them I haven't ever had to come down there she well its the way we do it now . I said what do I need to bring and she said I dont know you will have to show up and they will tell you . Miss lori you are a joke
I highly recommend scheduling your appointment online prior to your visit. Otherwise, you will show up to have an appointment later in the day and would have to find something to do in between. When you show up for your slotted time, you have a seat and wait for your name to be called there's no need to physically check in. We scheduled our appointment online and got seen almost immediately. The team is extremely efficient for the level of traffic they receive. They do need more help to alleviate their stress. This system is totally useless when trying to make an appointment it never allows you to get to the appointment phase it is always greyed out spend the darn tax money and get this system fixed
