Molino DMV used to be a hidden gem (as far as DMVs go), but now reservations are required for everything?! That's insane, the qless wait thing was totally fine, I rarely had to wait longer than 30 min even on the same day. The DMV in general has always had a negative reputation, no secret there, but it seems the state has just accepted that and continued to make it even more difficult to give them our money.
Really?I get mad walking in the door because I know they going to take all my money. But I guess other than that they're okay
The efficiency sucks
Absolute trash . People working were rude . I called because they would not title my 4 wheeler without me coming down and wasting a whole day to sign one piece of paper. I told them I haven't ever had to come down there she well its the way we do it now . I said what do I need to bring and she said I dont know you will have to show up and they will tell you . Miss lori you are a joke
I highly recommend scheduling your appointment online prior to your visit. Otherwise, you will show up to have an appointment later in the day and would have to find something to do in between. When you show up for your slotted time, you have a seat and wait for your name to be called there's no need to physically check in. We scheduled our appointment online and got seen almost immediately. The team is extremely efficient for the level of traffic they receive. They do need more help to alleviate their stress.
