I have been trying to get warranty service on an item purchase through Escalade Sports. It has been 6 months that I have been trying to get them to call or email me back. Ironically, the only time they email me is to tell me that my product review, which is not favorable, does not meet their standards and they are not going to publish it. Poor Customer Service! purchased a Stiga Tennis table. after 4 hours of labor to put it together, it was missing 4 bolts. Called customer service and she stated it would take 5-7 business days to get here since its coming from Mexico. Cold response without any sort of apology. based on complaints from BBB - not sure if it will come or not
I talked with Scott Hayes in the Warranty Department for the replacement of my basketball backboard. I explained that I really wanted to have it within a week for my son's 22nd birthday who passed away 3 years ago. Scott went above and beyond and it was delivered within 2 days.
