Been banking there for 35 years. Several business, brought in a lot of accounts. Needed some professional courtesy extended to me and had to fight way to hard to receive it. The only reason I stayed with my small town bank. Guessing no loyalty needed now. What a shame.

Brenda at the industrial location is unprofessional and appears to be irritated while assisting customers. Those who answer the phone also have to ask someone above them to get clearance on the simplest questions. Also, if a .99 cent transaction overdrafts the account you bet they’ll add a $27 charge, it’s clear how they feel about their customers. P.S. Michael, i love your AI letter to us :)

I stopped by to cash a check, and the transaction itself was completed without any issues. However, after handing me my cash, the teller didn't say a single word not thank you, not have a nice day, and not even is there anything else I can help you with? Good customer service is about more than just completing a transaction. A simple acknowledgment or friendly goodbye goes a long way in making customers feel valued. I hope the staff will be reminded that courtesy is an important part of the customer experience.
