ESB staff are always kind & professional, I love banking with them! I use them in multiple capacities and have always had an amazing experience.
BEWARE!!!Horrible banking experience. They refuse to accept accountability and they say I have the wrong financial institution. However they are just refusing to accept responsibility for their actions. They have denied my debit card transactions as they have a daily limit as to how much you can use the card, they only allow $300 out of the atm, and also limit how much you can withdraw. Best customer service in town!
Coming from a large bank, chase, this bank is a joke. They really need to modernize there banking system, it’s like going back in time 50 years. Completely behind on times, they limit you on your own money, limit your atm withdrawals, limit you on how many debit card transactions you can make, the don’t post pending charges right away which counts against your daily debit card transactions.
