Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Financial aid funds were released today, and despite being a bank located in a college town, the bank chose this weekend to take its systems offline until Monday, the same Monday classes begin. There was plenty of advance notice about the outage, so I specifically called around 12:45 p.m. today to make sure my financial aid deposit would still be accessible.
