**UPDATE 11/22/2024** I Received a response from the ESB Bank Presidant Im assuming Michael Black that stated there was inaccuracies in my post and he was correct but only with regards to my moms account being frozen. I found out the ATM at the Industrial and Merchant St locations had apparently Glitched the day I posted the original review and would not allow anyone to withdraw their funds from their accounts via ATMs according to Meredith Wagner. Most ridiculous bank I've ever been too. Go to the credit union. Online banking is always down. People are rude. Just a terrible all around experience.
