I called in to discuss an overdraft and the lady on the phone and she was rude to me when I was explaining the charge dates and yes they over turned one of them, but didn't really explain why on the date she said the over draft fee was for wasn't on my side that shows my charges but for the 25th instead. Why would u charge 2 days later not that day like the others. She was rude and didn't care why I was confused just keep say like I said instead of being kind.

**UPDATE 11/22/2024** I Received a response from the ESB Bank Presidant Im assuming Michael Black that stated there was inaccuracies in my post and he was correct but only with regards to my moms account being frozen. I found out the ATM at the Industrial and Merchant St locations had apparently Glitched the day I posted the original review and would not allow anyone to withdraw their funds from their accounts via ATMs according to Meredith Wagner.
