Never ever go to this phone shop the service is terrible the staff are diss respectful rude i bought a screen protector as I put it on my phone it cracked straight away I told the staff I want a refund they go to me it's not my problem. No stars is highly recommended
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called ahead and told Esar Solutions I was coming in for a screen replacement — gave them my exact iPhone model. It was a long journey just to be told when I arrived that the screen was out of stock. Why wasn’t I told this on the phone? I came back the next day after they said it was in. I made it clear that keeping my data was important because I hadn’t backed anything up. Only then did they mention that data might be lost during the repair. Seriously? The guys replaced my pixel 8 screen within half an hour to a quality standard. The mobile phone parts they sell are quality and decent accessories.
