Terrific customer service! I placed an order with eSafetySupplies over the weekend, then realized too late I no longer needed the items. There was no cancel option in the Shop app, so I emailed the company directly on a Sunday, expecting the usual ‘too late to stop the order’ response. To my surprise, by Monday morning a representative contacted me to say they would pull the order and issue a refund. That level of responsiveness and integrity is rare. I placed an order for a poster almost two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received it. I needed it urgently because it is something required for safety purposes. You told me to track it through Shop, but it doesn’t show any updates. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against your company.

Extremely fishy company! Do not order. I mistakenly ordered before watching reviews, which I normally never do. They sell products they do not have in stock, it takes months for these items to be delivered, their policy is "we wont accept refunds/returns" they deliver me a "Honeywell branded" pouch instead of 6 gloves that I need and they acted like "all items were delivered". Once I put pressure they say "we sent all items" then realised not all were sent and then ultimately 2 gloves they say "in process of being refunded".... read more

Poor customer service and quality of products. My product arrived but wasn't in working condition. They had me send back the parts that didn't work and were going to ship replacement parts to me. It took over two months to receive the replacement parts, but a piece was missing. The replacement parts were only shipped after I continuously followed up with them. So, it's now been two months, and I still can't use the equipment I paid for.
