Terrible experience overall. Ordered FR gear for some of our company employees 12/16/25 shipment was supposed to arrive 12/29/25. I never recieved tracking info so I called and was told new estimated delivery was 1/19/26 - 1/22/26. Recieved an update on 1/27/26 saying how half the order has shipped and am currently being strung along regarding a refund.
Your website was easy and clear to shop on. Wish these boots were able to go over my shoes, over boots? Thanks for the help, and the return instructions and help, every bit as helpful as shopping and purchasing. Again thanks keep up the good work
Purchased items and was not informed about half of shipment being on back order. Once they were sent out, it was too late. Returned all items and have yet to get my refund. Have had several emails with customer service and still waiting.
Still waiting for bibs I ordered, 2 weeks ago was told they just got them at the manufacturer and they would ship the next week. Sent another email no response, beginning to think I will never see them
DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! absolutely awful customer service, I am wondering if this company is legit at all. ordered two sets of FR bib overalls on Nov 25, 25. On Dec 3,25 I received one XXL FR jacket . I called and complained and was told they will send the correct merchandise and a rma for the jacket. a week went by with no contact so I called again an d was reassured that the problem would be remedied.
