Ordered my product and still waiting to receive it. They didn't have a problem charging the credit card even though they knew it wouldn't be shipped. Made multiple attempts to contact them and finally got a response. I only got that they requested information from the warehouse. Hopefully Google takes the listing off when searching for products. UPDATE*** Still haven't received my items. % weeks and still no answer for anything that is going on. Just a generic "we are asking the manufacturer" response.
It took a while. Why i pay for shipping when the product was falsely advertised is beyond me. I didn't order what I received i ordered what was pictured in their advertisement. Doesn't quite seem right to me. It's like ordering a Ford but getting a Chevy and still having to pay the Chevy transportation fee.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered Harris® 3/64" BAg-5 Safety-Silv® 45 High Silver Brazing Alloy Filler Metal 5 toz Cup × 2 on 3/16/2026. They charged my card for $612.16. After a week and no cummunication, I reached out and was told it wasn't shipped and no timeline. I asked to cancel the order and to get a refund. This has been a bad and expensive experience. I don’t recommend buying from this company. After more than 2 months, they still have my 65$ and I have no order to show for it. Their warehouse in Central America sent a pair of pants that is not even in their catalog! They promised to correct the issue after several phone calls, but I have still not received my original order. It’s gotten very frustrating and I want my money back!
