I had an appointment for a 1 hour mini facial. My appointment was for originally at 12:30 PM and one day before Amy texted me to ask if we can move it to 11 AM. That was perfectly fine with me so I said yes. I arrived at 10:52 AM and I immediately felt so rushed. She told me to lay down and immediately started quickly slapping a scrub on my face, and wiping my face with a towel (not so gently by the way).
