They've only handled 1 Shipment for us so I can't speak in a long-term sense but on the 1 they handled they did a great job. Negotiated fairly price-wise, everything happened in the time-frame they said it would, kept us consistently updated, complied with tracking, provided paperwork immediately once loaded and unloaded. Also, something that stood out to us was they ran into a Lumper Fee in which they didn't want to pay for if they didn't have to (understandle in a tight Capital environment like the one we are in currently)... read more
