Called and asked about a specific juice, was told "there's one, would you like me to set it aside?" Said yes, but when I got there less than an hour later, she pretended not to know what I was talking about. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend
Always a nice staff and good vape juice products.
I like this place beacuse of their point system but there is a downfall if you dont use them with in 90 days you lose them. Which happened to me and the staff never informed me that was a policy. Other then that good place to go, most of the staff are awesome.
I'm so glad to see that several of the locations have closed down. Because they deserve it. They have a horrible business policy. I used to purchase from them all the time, but once it became clear how they ran their business model it was like up yours and I never went back.
