I do not like leaving 1 star reviews, but I did not agree nor expect this type of service engagement. I will happily update once the agreed upon service is rendered. I filed in May 2023. When I would call for an update, the answer is always, my file is processing. My concerns are the following: 1. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT! BEWARE!!! ERTC Express is a scam! They have held my $14,000 in a "lock box" (supposedly) since Dec 2024. I still haven't seen a dime from them. I got smart and called the IRS and redirected all future checks directly to me. Don't trust that ERTC Express will give you a dime of your refund! Also, don't sign their follow up addendum to their agreement! It's only there to give them ridiculous collection rights against you and your company. BEWARE...... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Reference my earlier review about ERTC, which I deleted as it was written in an emotional state. The support representative who had been promptly responding to my tickets went on leave, and I continued emailing her, expecting the same quick responses as if she was working. After posting my negative review, Brian Anderson, the CEO of the company, personally stepped in and resolved my issue with top priority. I truly appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction. Tried to help my dad get this and we were so ecstatic when he was approved.. fast-forward almost a YEAR later and he still hasn't received the ertc, NOR the refund. The manager, Derek Bennet will respond when he feels like it and try to " assure you" what to do, well ... When you tell him the truth about the situation he ghosts you completely. ERTC is a Fraud company. I had cancelled my membership but after a lapse of a year, they charged my card for $197. Its been since December, 2024 i have been requesting them to refund, they have admitted that the charge was made in error and there have happend 28 emails correspondences but they are not refuding my amount. I am now finally assuming that ERTS is a fraud and Scamm company, so better stay alert and stay away form its fradulant practices.
