My experience with ERTC Express was fantastic! They helped me submit and then revise paperwork and then tracked the filings to completion. Specifically, I worked with Youmna to help close out our transaction and she was efficient, easy to work with and always responsive. I wish I had more business to do with YOUMNA and the ERTC Express team. It was a joy.

Our experience with ERTC Express has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Over the course of more than two years, we received repeated communications stating ERC refunds had been issued, followed by repeated requests for additional authorizations, ACH information, and updated IRS forms. I didn’t believe their radio commercials stating they could get us refunds from the IRS through the ERTC program BUT they came through obtaining more than $20,000 in IRS refunds for our company.
Yuna was a magnificent, courteous, and amazing help. She called regularly with updates and finally got the job done!! God bless Yuna!!
