The team are always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Courtney for an ongoing knee issue, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand what is happening and why. The rehabilitation program has made a huge difference and has helped me continue to improve and excel in my sport of weightlifting. I highly recommend Courtney and the whole team!

Went here after reading the positive reviews. Had golfer's elbow (eventhough I don't play golf) which I didn't think would ever go away. Saw Adam H and he said it would take 120 days. Felt improvement in the first few weeks then not much for the next few, but I kept faith and continued seeing Adam and the exercises he gave. The pain I completely disapppeard as I approached the 120 days as Adam predicted. Thanks Adam for fixing my elbow and enabling me to get back to playing sports.
