I brought my daughter here on Sunday to get her prom dress and the lady that helped us was so nice and helpful. The store and dressing rooms were very clean. The dresses were beautiful and there was a good inventory to chose from. Thank you so much to the lady (wish I had gotten her name) that helped us.

Just went into the Mall of NH store to purchase a dress I had called about on Wednesday. I was met at the door by a female staff member who refused to give me her name. I was verbally admonished about having a water bottle in my 2yr old’s stroller and how food and drinks are not permitted in the store and I was to leave. Fantastic job deterring customers and losing sales. Highly recommended!

I brought my girlfriend in to look for a dress and I was appalled at how she was treated. Even though they are short staffed does not mean they should be rude and on their phones ignoring customers. My girlfriend asked to look at a dress and was asked what she wanted to spend. Which she had replied that she wanted to price out for the dress she liked. Edit: Also to note since I missed that the staff had been on there phone. They also never asked for my size and profiled me. The store also only and one other person who asked for help after I found the worker. I understand places are short handed but how I was treated is no excuse. Extremely disappointed in this place. Sales person was hard to find once found I asked to look at a dress and immediately got rude unkind behavior and it seemed she didn’t want to do her job.
