Went in the with my family to look for a pink dress for a wedding and they didnt have anything baby pink all the dresses were too sparkly and the employees didnt ask if we needed anything just kept talking to eachother. Last time I went there they were incredibly rude and I would never want to go back there ever again….
My fiance and I went into the shop today to look for a dress. We were there for about 15 minutes and were completely ignored by the two employees working there. I picked out two dresses to try on. I was denied entrance to the fitting room because they had just cleaned them. I would have waited but I felt as if they didn't want my business, because the one employee had no problem speaking to other customers that spoke her language but completely ignored me. The dresses were beautiful, but the attitude was ugly. Wanted to try on dresses with my friends, asked and the short employee with long dark hair was incredibly rude. She didn't let us try on dresses, and her tone was unnecessary. Looked at us like we're crazy, even though SHE is in this professional setting, wearing a winter jacket and winter hat like she desperate to leave. No wonder I've never seen anyone shop here.
