The dresses were beautiful, but the attitude was ugly. Wanted to try on dresses with my friends, asked and the short employee with long dark hair was incredibly rude. She didn't let us try on dresses, and her tone was unnecessary. Looked at us like we're crazy, even though SHE is in this professional setting, wearing a winter jacket and winter hat like she desperate to leave. No wonder I've never seen anyone shop here. I had a disappointing experience at this store. While Mary provided excellent assistance, a short employee (Don’t know her name) who struggled with basic English behavior left me frustrated and disheartened. The employee insisted that I select any dress, pay for it, and leave without further consideration. However, I had come to the store specifically to browse wedding dresses and find a dress that met my preferences.
