Hi very good job, I love attention and patient Carmem attended store very well. great job very helpful and attentive loved the dresses and the sash to compress the body, fair price and quality material.
Really bad costumer service. I went to EROS to buy my niece sweet 16 dress, and I ordered her dress. Two days later they called me saying that they don’t have the dress any due that it was too simple and ugly. I went back to the store to see new options, because the lady Carmen told me that they store will give me the option to get a refund or look for another dress and they will give me a store credit, so I won’t have to pay more money.
