I just had the worst experience at this store. Found a beautiful gown for my upcoming 65th with the help of the associate who was amazing. The gown was going to be $500 and I was okay with that after trying it on. Unfortunately i did not purchase the gown due to the rudeness and unprofessional demeanor of the owner when the associate contacted her to ask the price for alterations since the gown was too long for me. I went to this store to shop for prom dresses with my daughter. We weren't greeted when we walked in. The lady at the store didn't seem like she wanted to talk to us at all. She didn't ask if we needed help, what styles were we looking for, what was our budget...no interest or basic customer service. We found a dress to try on but we had to come back to do so although the store was completely empty. We made the appointment and when we arrived , the same lady acted surprised that we were there.
