I went to this store to shop for prom dresses with my daughter. We weren't greeted when we walked in. The lady at the store didn't seem like she wanted to talk to us at all. She didn't ask if we needed help, what styles were we looking for., what was our budget, ..no interest or basic customer service. We found a dress to try on but we had to come back to do so although the store was completely empty. We made the appointment and when we arrived , the same lady acted surprised that we were there. very good costumer service and very nice dresses! would recommend.
I would not get a dress from here ever again. The cost is high and quality is poor. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately the service and product do not align. It’s super unfortunate but the wedding is in a few days so there’s no going back. On top of that there is no refunds or returns.
