Mr. Ernster is, first of all, a great human being and second, a strong and knowledgeable attorney. Even though my specific situation or case wasn't one he would take, he guided, gave me tons of tips, advised me thoroughly and gave me a great amount of his time through the phone, on multiple occasions, without a single fee and he never rushed me. Spoke to Mr. Ernster about 6 months ago. Showed him the emails and he told me that It was justifiable to file a grievance. He said that he could help me file a grievance to send to the state bar. I paid him $1200. May 5, 2020, spoke to Mr. Ernster and he told me I didn't have a case. I'm speechless!
