We bought a reclining couch that was delivered on a Tuesday afternoon from Ernie’s and by Saturday (just 4 days later) by back was in terrible shape. Sarah spent so much time with us to ensure we were purchasing exactly what we needed. Financing was a simple process. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. As always our experiences at Ernie’s in Ceresco has been nothing but exceptional every time and that is why we make the hour drive. Thank you for the kindness and GREAT customer service.
Was looking for a recliner that the furniture megastore didn’t have in stock. One call to Ernie’s and they had what we wanted. Picked up the same day! Great people, great service, glad we made the call!
My wife and I had been sectional shopping for several weeks now. Last Saturday (8/8/26) on a whim we came out to Ernie's and we were greatly surprised by the large selection. The salesperson Jody was extremely friendly and did not badger us like the people at NFM. The purchase process was easy and straightforward, and in-home delivery to the Omaha metro was extremely reasonable ($150). Will definitely stop here first next time we're in the market!
