I had a brake screw issue and Bruce looked at it and said it would need an appointment to fix, which might take awhile to get back. I left my bike and expected to be waiting for a week, but a few hours later I got a call saying they were able to fix it same day! Great customer service and they even recommended the walking/biking path they are next to, which was a fun ride on my mountain bike!
Bought an awesome used bike at a great price here recently and am absolutely loving it! Morgan on staff helped me out and was super friendly and knowledgeable in getting me set up with all the gear I needed to enjoy my ride. Very cool store, headed back soon to get a rack put on.
Very cool shop, quite a variety of selection and they carry more Freestyle Bmx parts than other local bike shops. Cool people too!
Ernie's is amazing the business has been around for a long time they have history in the community Good be at that Sylvia is very sweet always willing to take the time to talk to you about whatever it is you want to talk about and she's very knowledgeable Bruce is very to the point knows his stuff and will not sell you anything you don't need that is something I really respect there not in it for the money it seems. they're in it to make the scene a better one and because they have passion for anything with pedals I apprecia... read more
