A real down to earth lawyer.....and has a good ear for listening to clients,then giving advice based on clients concerns...he did not try to fast talk me like others have
When my father died suddenly, as executor I had almost no idea how to go about handling his estate. Mr. Mixon got me in for a consultations on 2 occasions that same week & spent more than an hour advising me on how to go about probating the will, fulfilling my obligations as executor, etc. down-to-earth, has a good sense of humor, and was easy to talk to unlike some attornies I've met. I can't recommend Mr. Mixon enough; best money I spent while dealing with Dad's estate.
