ve your hard earned cash. The young man who came out to work was very polite and a hard worker with a good work ethic. He should teach his boss customer service skills. He was extremely rude and was scolding me on the phone for asking a clarification concerning the quote he gave me. He then overcharged me and called me back to ask me why I was unhappy with his service. Instead of listening to my concerns, he began yelling at me and cutting me off. He actually hung out on me. I would advise anyone to NOT use this service
I've had Ernest Windows, INC clean my windows for many years. Ive always been happy with their work and it feels so good when the windows sparkle. This year two of my neighbors had him do their windows in the same trip with my cleaning. Both of them were also very happy. Give them a try: I'm sure you'll be pleased. Their workers are also very respectful and helpful!
Ernest Windows have never been late for the appointment. The price for pressure washing my 2 story house was very reasonable compared to other companies estimates. highly recommend!
