I dropped my stuff in February and on April 4 was told not yet done. If not done by 15th and extension filed I too will file in Frankfort I thought I had a professional serving me probably Ernest is doing his best but his employees are not!

Called to make an appt to have my taxes done and was given a price, depending on what I had. When I dropped off my documents on March 5th, the desk clerk examined them and told me the same price. When I finally got to pick them up, they charged me 25.00 more. It took 2 1/2 months for them to finally finish my taxes. They were processed for a month and a half, waiting for Ernie to review them.
