Went into here on the 24th of February between 12/1pm and I was absolutely disgusted with the way one of the employees spoke to a delivery driver who was trying to do his job. She had this conversation, out loud in front of customers, which made me and my partner uncomfortable. She spoke in a belittling manner, and spoke to him as if she was above him. Absolutely awful experience! Saw an item of jewellery with the price tag on it, the sales guy took it to the till and said it was £200 more than it was priced as!. I refused to pay more than the price tag and another sales lady came along and took it out the back saying she was speaking to a manager. I asked to speak with the manager and was told it was a WhatsApp call. Another salesman got involved and said quite smugly we haven't got to honour that price, we can just keep it off display for 24hrs then reprice it and put it... read more
